A few days ago the pupils of the extracurricular Romanian class decorated the corridor with drawings of the typical costumes of some Romanian regions.
We are going to listen to some Romanian music.
A very special instrument: the cimbalom

1.- Today we will start our class by singing the round we have been learning:

2.- We will read a short text about sound on Mars.
3.- A FEW DAYS AGO WE TALKED ABOUT MAURICE RAVEL. AS YOU KNOW HE WAS A FRENCH COMPOSER. LET'S TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT FRANCE AND HIS MUSIC.
Today we will only post this link to a NASA page that compares sounds on Earth with sounds on Mars from recordings made by the Mars Perseverance probe.
We are singing this round to practice singing in several voices. You are doing quite well because many of you have good intonation.
The version we hear in this video is very beautiful. It involves both children and adults.
On 23 November it will be thanksgiving. We will listen and sing this funny song which is a tango danced by turkeys.
